Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. 

However, if your product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, or not as described, you may be qualified for a refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to the carrier once an order is shipped.

If your order included free shipping, please note that the actual shipping cost we covered will be deducted from your refund. 

Orders already in processing are final and non-refundable.

Gifted items, discounted/sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded.


1) Pre-Orders

If your order is a pre-order, payment is taken at checkout to secure your order in an upcoming batch.

  • You may request a cancellation and refund at any time before dispatch by emailing us.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order (for example, due to manufacturing or supply issues), we will contact you and issue a full refund.


2) Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


3) Shipping Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.

If the courier makes multiple delivery attempts and the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, then we cannot offer a refund or a replacement.


4) Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be refunded.


5) Contact Us

We reserve the right to deny any refund or return if we suspect misuse of our policy. Requests that fall outside the terms outlined above will be reviewed and handled at the discretion of our team.
